Questions

Is there a minimum order?

No fixed minimum. Trade terms apply to projects of a few rooms upwards.

Do you offer trade pricing and invoices?

Yes. Projects get trade pricing, a formal quote and invoicing. Payment terms are agreed per project and confirmed by ORCA.

How fast can you furnish a short-let?

From stock, furnished and ready to photograph within days. Your account manager confirms timing once the brief is agreed.

Can you work from my designer's drawings?

Yes. Send plans and a schedule, and we quote line by line, with alternatives where items are out of stock.
